G'day!

I just wanted to leave a note of encouragement to folk who are toying with investing in a Europiccola.

We've had our 8 cup machine for around 5 years now and it performs 3 times a day for most of the year. We even take it on holiday with us...

Pulling the perfect shot took a good few weeks of experimentation. Some folk use mineral water, thermometers and insist on grinding their own beans - we don't and I'm sure we're not missing out.

Compared with espresso "brewed" with stove top devices and electric pumped machines, the Europiccola is just plain superior!

G'day to you to!

Thanks for posting. Good to read that you have had nothing but a positive experience with the Europiccola.

I've spoken with a number of customers who sometimes voice concerns about using a manual machine. In the end though they all share your sentiment. Could not agree with you more - the Pavoni Europiccola is a great coffee machine that delivers on making great espresso/cappuccino.
