As you don't sell to Europe, I've bought an Ascaso i-mini locally here in the Netherlands. The shop can't help me, so I'm turning to you. Do you have any tips about the ground coffee that gets stuck in the nozzle? Banging the grinder on the worktop to release works up to a point, but then when I go back in the kitchen I find some more has mysteriously escaped and is sitting on the base!
