Hi there,
Bean to Cup will cost you around £1800 plus VAT, and you will need to get it plumbed in if you can to avoid filling the water tank, and regular decalcification. That would be around £350 extra. It will make you espressos, cappuccinos with a one touch operation and be minimal maintenance. This is by far the best choice. Don't go for a domestic Bean to Cup for an office environment to save capital cost, it will cause reliability problems.
Next alternative is a pod machine that works with ESE pods and has a separate steam arm. Not great to use unless you are a keen Barista.
Finally you could go for a domestic capsule machine system, very cheap outlay around £130. We can provide biodegradeable capsules. Have two machines, then you haven't got queues. The only issue is that they dont produce frothy hot milk, which you need to do from a separate device. Again quite cheap around £60.
In the end Bean to Cup are better from the cost point of view because capsules cost more than beans- can be twice as much.
