Hi
I have an Innova Dream machine which I recently bought from e-bay for £120 - very happy!. It works fine but is a bit drippy. I see that Ascaso have taken over Innova and the Dream is now advertised as having a 3-way solenoid. I'm guessing my Innova is from pre-Ascaso days. My question is two-fold Is it possible to retro-fit a 3-way to the Innova using Ascaso parts? Do the Ascaso kits for the pressure baskets etc all fit the Innova or have they changed the size slightly?
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Best Regards

Hello Thank you for your post. We cannot fit the solenoid to the previous models. As it would be a long labour wise and would probably cost more than a new machine. Kind regards Tammy

I have a 5-year-old Innova Dream coffee machine which is ratherleaky. Is there any point in having this serviced? It would be the second time in a year.

Hi I think the best thing to do is to either drop it into our shop in Swiss cottage or send the machine by post to us. Our engineer will inspect the machine and call you with an estimate. You can then decide whether you think it is worth repairing. Hope this has helped.
