Hi guys, new poster so take it easy!!

I've owned an F50 for around 3 years now and it is used more or less exclusively for espressos in the morning. I've recently bought a travel cup so I can have a coffee in the car on the drive to work. The cup holds around 500ml including a splash of milk.

To fill the cup, I find that when I set the output to 2 cups of 200ml each, the resulting coffee is really watery. Am I missing something or is it just the case of setting the output to 4 cups of 100ml each?

Thanks for your help.

Good Morning Bonzai,

Thanks for the post.

If you really want to get a better cup of coffee out of your Jura, I'd suggest running 4 cups at 100ml each. Thinking about it, if you are running a smaller ratio of water to coffee you're going to get a better balance and therfore a better cup. Give it a whirl and if you're still not getting a satisfactory cup of joe, then we'll revisit. We'll get that drive to work sorted!

Best,

Rob
