My C5 has sprung a leak.... Options

why would my C5 be leaking from the bottom of the machine.

The reason for the leaking could be to do with the seals, we do recommend the Jura coffee machines to be serviced every 2 years.
We are not the service agent for Jura but if you contact Jura products they should be able to answer your question.
