My 4 year old steel is groaning (hopefully not the last throws of death....). The grouphead water functions fine, so I can make espresso. Unfortunately, there is no water from the hot water spout, and no steam. Nothing. Seems the thermoblock is cold, and no pump noise from that half of the machine.
Any hints? I did buy the machine here, but now live in Norway, so sending in for repair not an option unfortunately due to shipping costs.
