Hello to the team @ Fairfax, Many thanks for the swift delivery of my new grinder just 48 hrs after ordering it, I have to say I made the right choice! it looks great and the polished aluminium compliments my new Sylvia, the only error I made was to forget to order BEANS what a numpty!!!!! [/b]What would you recommend bean wise? I have been useing Lavazza Oro and been quite happy, do you have a simular espresso bean. Thanks again for the great service. Bill.

Hi Bill Thank you for your post. We have the Espressione brand which I highly recommend, I would suggest the Reserve blend which has a smooth taste(100% Arabica) or the Vintage beans (80% Arabica 20% Robusta) which is slightly stronger. Please take a look at the links below: http://www.fairfaxcoffee...serve-Coffee-Beans.aspx

Got mine within 36 hours, many thanks.
Wasted a lot of good coffee trying to find a grind that wouldn't choke my Gaggia Classic but I'm really happy now I have! Suggest stocking a little rubber mallet to knock all the excess coffee out of the chute, it's a bit of an issue, but overall very happy with my purchase :)
