registration problems..?... Options

Hi can anyone help me?

a few days ago i went on to the fairfax website with the intention of buying a coffee maker and accessories and registering with the site for updates...
once i have got all my items in my basket i go to checkout and register to continue to pay,
but i never get as far as been able to pay as on registration after clicking confirm account i keep getting a red box saying "Sorry but your referer's username or email address or voucher code entered is not valid on our site." and no matter what i type in i always get the same thing and can not get any further with my check out. i'm now close to the point of giving up on the whole idea and buying something different from an other site

I just did a test registration and everything seemed to be ok.

If you were entering something in the referral field then that could have been the problem.

The referral field is used for special voucher codes, or the name or email of an existing customer that directed you to our site.

If you have no code or no one sent you here it should be left blank.

Glad to see it was resolved over the phone and hope you enjoy your Handpresso!
